Preparing your property before construction allows our team to work safely and efficiently. We recommend clearing the work area and providing unrestricted access to the installation site. If you have pets, please ensure they are safely secured throughout construction. If you are planning to install solar panels, these should be completed after your verandah has been installed, as we require access to the roof space during construction.

Insulated roofing panels provide greater comfort throughout every season by helping regulate temperatures beneath your verandah. They also span greater distances than standard roof sheeting, reducing the amount of supporting framework required and creating a cleaner, more open appearance. Manufactured from durable COLORBOND steel, insulated panels are low maintenance, highly versatile and add long-term value to your outdoor living space.

We recommend selecting colours, materials and finishes that complement your existing home so the verandah feels like it has always been part of the property.
